Review status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package. **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with 5 Years experience; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD; or an additional 4 years of experience may be considered lieu of degree. + Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance. + Must have the ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP). + 1 year of experience supporting Aerospace, Department of Defense, Government contracts, or related project management experience. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Active DoD Secret Security Clearance (or higher) + Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) (labor, material, Subcontracts, IWOs) + Experience as a project or program manager + Knowledge and understanding of risk and opportunity management + Experience with contract actions and vehicles + Experience working with senior level executives and decision makers + Experience facilitating customer and stakeholder engagements and meetings + Knowledge and understanding of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables Salary Range: $78,700.00 - $118,100.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
