Northrop Grumman Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) Division is seeking a Contracts Administrator or Principal Contracts Administrator to join its team of qualified and diverse individuals. This position will be located at Roy, UT to support the Sentinel Program in our Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) Division. Sentinel is in the development stage of modernizing the ground-based leg of the strategic nuclear triad, which is the bedrock of U.S. national security. At a current contract value of $13.3B, Sentinel represents one of the largest and most high-profile Northrop Grumman programs, with countless career and growth opportunities. This position will report to the Sentinel Restructure Contracts Director. This position may be filled at a higher level based on qualifications below.
Roles and Responsibilities
Act as primary interface with customer for contractual issues; Monitor contract and associated program to ensure that contractual obligations are communicated and understood.Participate in proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract administration in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.Work under general supervision to develop solutions to both routine and complex contractual matters.Prepare and manage written communications with internal and external customers for assigned contractual matters.Ensure timely delivery of all contractual deliverables.Abide by the highest ethical standards for personal conduct and provide the requisite leadership to ensure compliance with Northrop Grumman ethical standards and requirements, and company policies and procedures.Basic Qualifications
This position may be filled at a Contract Administrator level or Principal Contract Administrator level
Requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with 2 years in Contracts or related professional experience; a Master's degree with 1 year; or a HS Diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years may be accepted in lieu of a degree (Principal level requires 5 years with a Bachelor’s; 3 years with a Master’s; or 9 years with a High School Diploma)Requires experience with FAR/DFARs and developing/negotiating proposalsRequires experience using MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and TeamsRequires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needsPreferred Qualifications

Salary Range: $63,800.00 - $95,800.00Salary Range 2: $78,700.00 - $118,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
