The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. _This position can be filled as a level 2 or a level 3_ **Job Qualifications** **You’ll Bring These Qualifications:** **Supply Chain Procurement Specialist:** Bachelors degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management, business and financial planning, contracts administration, project management, logistics, manufacturing or a closely related field with a Bachelors degree; or a masters degree and 0 years of relevant experience; 4 years of additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. **Principal Supply Chain Procurement Specialist:** Bachelors degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, business and financial planning, contracts administration, project management, logistics, manufacturing or a closely related field with a Bachelors degree; or a masters degree and 3 years of relevant experience; or a PhD and 1 year of relevant experience;4 years of additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. **Required for Both Level(s):** + Must have US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top Secret; etc.) + Experience with SAP or similar ERP system + Experience in MS Office suite. + Experience in leadership, critical thinking, and innovative behaviors in supply chain projects or roles. **These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:** + Experience with Microsoft Excel + Experience managing suppliers through the following: cost/schedule/quality. + Professional experience in a regulated industry; to include Aerospace & Defense, Insurance, Financial Services, Telecommunications. + Experience with Critical Path Management, FAR and DFARS. + 2 years of experience with negotiating terms and conditions in a corporate setting. + Experience with Government purchasing and contracting. + Experience analyzing data to formulate and execute effective negotiation strategies. + Experience in Administering high dollar value Purchase Orders and Subcontracts. + Experience communicating written and verbally in a global supply chain working environment. Primary Level Salary Range: $58,000.00 - $87,000.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $71,600.00 - $107,400.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
