Key job responsibilities
Architect Innovative Solutions:
Design advanced, AWS-optimized communication architectures for enterprise customers

Technical Leadership:
Provide expert guidance to GTM teams and unblock critical customer business challenges

Customer Advocacy:
Represent customer perspectives, curating feature requests and technical feedback

Knowledge Sharing:
Create enablement materials and thought leadership content across technical forums

Community Development:
Support and guide an internal network of technical subject matter experts
