Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Worldwide Sales Representative to support and expand the Healthcare portfolio at one of our largest logistics and transportation clients. This role is ideal for a seasoned logistics sales professional who thrives in a global, fast‑paced, relationship‑driven environment. The ideal candidate brings strong account management experience, deep knowledge of healthcare logistics, and a long‑term commitment to growing within a high‑performance organization. The successful candidate needs to be willing to travel across the US and Canada at a minimum of once a month for client meetings, US peer collaboration, and client entertainment.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of named healthcare accounts across Canada and the U.S.
- Work closely with U.S.-based colleagues to support globally integrated account strategies.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing business and win share from competitors.
- Conduct regular client meetings—both virtual and in‑person—to cultivate strong and lasting partnerships.
- Travel periodically for onsite client visits, business development meetings, and industry events.
- Provide strategic consultation to clients, ensuring the right solutions and internal experts are aligned to each opportunity.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, customer service, and global teams to execute seamless logistics solutions.
- Maintain accurate account documentation, pipeline development, and sales forecasting.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism, industry knowledge, and customer‑focused communication.

• Proven experience selling logistics solutions to major healthcare clients (e.g., MedDevice, clinical trials, diagnostics).
• Familiarity with companies like Purolator, Canpar, UPS, or similar logistics/transportation organizations.
• Open to candidates from adjacent industries with strong transferable experience.
• Account Focus:
• 50–60% account management with a strong background in growing existing accounts and capturing competitor market share.
• Experience supporting large, globally recognized accounts and collaborating closely with U.S. sales peers.
• Seniority & Tenure:
• Demonstrated history of long‑term tenure with previous employers.
• Strong professionalism and business acumen.

Comfort handling mid‑ to large‑scale deals (e.g., $1.5M+ in transportation—flexible depending on background). - Experience navigating complex global account structures.
- Prior involvement in cross‑border or international logistics coordination.

- Strong network within healthcare supply chain organizations.
