UnderstandingSAP andworking in a GMP pharmaceutical plantis desirable but notrequired. ThisWarehouse operationsjob is part of the Engineering and Technical Services functionresponsible for providing supportforpreventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems. **What You'll Do:** + Oversee inventory management, including tracking stock levels, placing orders, and managing receipts. + Organizeandmaintainthe warehouse to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of materials. + Collaborating with maintenance teams to forecast supply needs,Preventative Maintenance part kitting,and ensuretimelyavailability of materials. + Conducting regular audits andABC cycle countinventory. + Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices in the warehouse. + Utilizing inventory management software to track and report on stock levels and usage. + Coordinating with suppliers and vendors for procurement and delivery of MRO supplies. + Qualifications may include experience in warehouse management, strong organizational skills, andproficiencyin inventory management systems. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. + Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieveobjectivesand meet deadlines. **What You’ll Need:** + High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience. + Physical requirements include stooping, standing, climbing, and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs. + Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset. + General math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups or complicated information within the team. **Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future** CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Senior Warehouse Coordinator position is $50 , 000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $65 , 000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
