About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a F&B Service Senior Waiter/ress to Food and Beverage (Olivine Restaurant) in (Jumeirah Living World Trade Center)
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant or outlet, motivating the service team to deliver exceptional dining experiences and achieve departmental goals.
Brief service staff before each shift on daily priorities, menu updates, and guest expectations, ensuring smooth and coordinated service delivery.
Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail, setting the tone for high service standards across all guest interactions.
Address guest needs and special requests promptly and effectively, ensuring a personalized and satisfying dining experience.
Monitor stock levels of service items, oversee inventory control, and ensure timely coordination with suppliers for F&B needs.
Prepare and maintain service records, shift reports, and guest feedback logs to support operational decisions and service enhancements.
