They are seeking a modern SVP of HR to act as a true organizational architect -designing for scale before complexity and chaos arrive.
This role is based in California and will partner closely with the founders and executive leadership team.
The Senior Vice President of HR will own the full people function required to scale a high-velocity business including; structure, leadership, performance, rewards, culture, and talent.Duties include but not limited to:
* Architect operating models, team structures, and leadership layers built for rapid scale
* Design performance frameworks, compensation and rewards programs, and core people systems that drive accountability and output
* Anticipate organizational pressure points before inflection moments and proactively build mechanisms to absorb growth
* Apply "first-principles" thinking grounded in the company's real business model
* Intentionally embed company behaviors into hiring, development, promotion, rewards, and leadership expectations
* Own senior talent management and executive hiring strategy
* Build and sustain a high-performance culture as the organization scales across teams and geographies
* Act as a direct, trusted advisor to founders and executive leadership
* Challenge constructively, with courage and commercial logic
