This position reports to the Senior UX Manager and is part of the Web UX team within the Marketing organizationlocated in Kraków, Poland. This is an on-site role, with flexibility when needed.
What you’ll do
+ Lead end-to-end UX research across discovery, continuous discovery and evaluative work to support critical B2B web journeys.
+ Take ownership of research for either transactional experiences (e-commerce, My Account, decision-making flows) or knowledge-driven experiences (Support, Content & Learn, complex information needs), shaped by your expertise and team priorities.
+ Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, Content Strategists and Data & Analytics to embed continuous discovery in global, cross-functional teams.
+ Translate research into clear problem definitions, opportunities and recommendations that influence product direction and measurable outcomes.
+ Shape and support measurement frameworks and research processes that connect user insights to experimentation, learning and ongoing product decisions.
What we’re looking for
+ Long-standing experience in UX or Product Research, ideally within complex B2B digital environments.
+ Demonstrated experience selecting and applying appropriate research methods across discovery and evaluative research.
+ Experience working with senior stakeholders in cross-functional product teams.
+ Experience using product analytics and behavioral metrics to inform research and decision-making.
+ Degree in a relevant field (e.g. UX, Design, HCI, Psychology, Social Sciences) or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
+ Background in scientific, technical or regulated domains.
+ Knowledge of accessibility principles (WCAG).
+ Comfortable designing or contributing to research for AI-enhanced experiences (e.g. trust, transparency, human-in-the-loop).
