A day in the life
As a Senior UX Researcher on our Sponsored Products team, you'll spend your days transforming large-scale survey data into actionable insights that shape how millions of shoppers discover and engage with ads.
A typical day might involve analyzing responses from thousands of global customers, designing multi-market perception studies, or launching studies to measure the impact of new ad experiences. You'll regularly collaborate with data scientists and engineers, helping translate customer sentiment and preference data into model improvements. When not deep in statistical analysis, you'll be presenting your findings to product leaders, turning complex metrics into compelling stories that drive product strategy.
While your foundation is in quantitative research methods, you know when to supplement with targeted qualitative research to add context to your findings. If you're energized by solving complex problems with data, passionate about the intersection of AI and user research, and want to directly impact how millions of customers interact with Amazon's ads, we want you on our team.
