The AI Platform Engineering team builds and supports systems that enable creativity, personalization, and operational excellence across the company. You’ll be part of a team that values innovation, agility, and impact—where your work directly contributes to the future of entertainment.

As a Senior UI/UX Designer – AI, you are responsible for creating and maintaining scalable design systems to ensure consistency across applications. This role requires strong stakeholder and leadership management skills and ability to work across development teams.

What You’ll Do:

Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platformsDesign intuitive user journeys and workflows for complex, internal-facing systemsPartner with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement and refine design solutionsEnsure designs align with established visual standards while maintaining a clean, modern aestheticConduct user testing and incorporate feedback to iterate and improve designsPresent design concepts, rationale, and user insights clearly to cross-functional teamsStay current on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices and apply them proactivelyClean, user-centric design aesthetic, brand awareness with strong attention to detailCreative problem-solving and systems thinkingKnowledge of accessibility design standards and any regional policies impacting design decisions

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio of web and mobile applicationsProven experience creating and maintaining design systems4+ years of expert-level proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, nested components, and shared librariesStrong experience building wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypesPrevious experience working on AI products/platformsExperience working in Agile environments and fast-paced delivery teamsStrong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with usability testing tools and methodologiesKnowledge of scripting tools for style formatsExperience with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience

The hiring range for this position in Seattle, WA is $135,400 - $181,600 per year and in Burbank, California is $129,300 - $173,300 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
