Role Responsibilities 

5+ years of experience in technology-focused roles, supporting financial systems, payments, or banking platforms.
Strong operational mindset with experience supporting production systems.
High level of operational ownership: customer-oriented thinking; fast reaction, and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on experience with:

Payment processing or banking integrations File transfers (SFTP, batch processing, message-based integrations, etc.) Linux/Unix environments (commands, troubleshooting, operational support) Ability to quickly diagnose issues, prioritize actions, and communicate clearly during incidents. Solid understanding of system integrations, infrastructure components, and end-to-end process flows. Strong collaboration and communication skills in a global, cross-functional environment.

Nice to Have:

Exposure to treasury workstations or treasury technology platforms. Experience with SWIFT messaging or other financial messaging standards (ISO formats). Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and vendor-managed solutions. Basic scripting or programming experience (e.g., Java, scripting languages) for operational support or automation. Experience working in regulated or highly controlled environments (financial services preferred). Knowledge of Agile or IT service management practices.

Salary  

The monthly gross base salary range is 3,300 – 4,750 EUR. This range represents anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible for an annual variable target incentive (which may include long-term incentives, if eligible) that aligns with individual and company performance.

Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
