We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Treasury Analyst to partner directly with our Sr. Manager, Treasury and help shape the future of our financial operations. This role will play a critical part in managing the company’s global cash management, liquidity forecasting, and supporting the execution of treasury operations and banking relationships. This role is expected to be a key driver in automating and scaling our Treasury function. The ideal candidate will bring a growth mindset, strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, fast-moving and dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage global bank account structure, including account openings, closures, signatory updates, compliance with KYC requests, and administering banking portals
Prepare and manage daily US cash position to ensure liquidity
Assist with debt administration (draws, repayments, and rollovers)
Serve as liaison for all daily banking activities and special projects; coordinate with banks to manage transactions, resolve issues, and support audit inquiries.
Support the liquidity management processes by executing cash movements; maintaining internal controls; reviewing balances and investigating unusual items
Liaise with tax and accounting to effectively and efficiently move funds across the organization to meet business needs
Prepare weekly and quarterly cash flow forecasts to ensure global liquidity needs are met
Identify and implement process improvements through automation and reporting enhancementsSupport the evaluation and implementation of a Treasury Management SystemMonitor and manage foreign exchange exposures as necessarySupport the administration of corporate insurance programs by assisting with the annual renewal process and managing certificate of insurance requests.Assist with credit card reporting and administration as neededMaintain the issuance and management of letters of credit and bank guaranteesMaintain strong internal controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-OxleyPartner cross functionally with Accounting and AP teamsIdeal Candidate Profile:
3-5+ years of progressive, hands-on treasury experience in a corporate environmentBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.CTP certification is a plusExperience across cash management, liquidity planning, and debt administrationExperience with banking platforms (Bank of America Cash Pro, HSBCNet) and Enterprise Accounting Systems (Oracle) a plusTreasury Management System experience is a strong plusAdvanced skills using Microsoft Excel and PowerPointDemonstrated proactive problem solving and critical thinking skillsAble to work independently, with minimal oversight and follow-upDetail oriented and organized with a commitment to meeting deadlinesStrong communication skills including ability to collaborate and support others
For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Annual Salary Range $100,000—$125,000 USD
