Senior Transformation Analyst
Role Purpose: Leads data-driven transformation initiatives to improve insights, reporting, and decision-making. Execution backbone of the ITO. Does 80% of the coordination, synthesis, and presentation work.
Key Responsibilities:
Own transformation roadmap, KPIs, and benefits realization
Partner with global business, technology, and operations leaders
Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and actions
Run cadence meetings (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams
Drive delivery discipline and escalation management
Perform basic data analysis (status, trends, risks)
Consolidate updates across programs into executive-ready decks
Create and maintain PowerPoint decks for leadership forums
Key Skills and Experience:
4 – 7 years of experience
Background in PMO, consulting, GCC, or enterprise transformation
Financial services exposure preferred (not mandatory)
Excellent executive reporting and storytelling skills
Stakeholder coordination across geographies
Synthesis of inputs from multiple teams
Structured thinking and follow-ups
Strong process modeling and data analysis skills
PowerPoint (storyboarding, executive slides)
Excel (basic analysis, pivot tables)
