Our company remains unsurpassed in developing devices that enhance outcomes for patients and surgeons.As Senior Therapy Sales Specialist, you will have a combined role focussing on the bariatric, colorectal and thoracic market in Israel.
You will play a key role in making our local strategies a success, by creating a tailored approach that focusses on the (further) development of the bariatric, colorectal and thoracic market in Israel, and on increasing our market share and revenue in these surgical care domains especially focusing on carefully selected target accounts.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Design service offerings for selected accounts that serve their needs and help to develop and grow their centerExecute on process optimization, development and growth projects in close collaboration with representatives of the centers and partnering with IHS (Integrated Health Solutions)Initiate events and activities that create awareness and increase patient accessConduct competitive market analysis and market researchPro-actively evaluate and act on opportunities as well as threats associated with the competitive landscape and capture key trends in your region and provide feedback to the European organizationFurther develop Key Opinion Leader (KOL) managementDevelop and maintain key relations/collaboration with scientific societies and patient associations relevant for the obesity, colorectal and thoracic surgical domainsSeve as a committed point of contact for target centersRequired Knowledge and Experience:
3+ years of relevant work experience (consultancy, marketing, sales) preferably within the healthcare sectorPersuasive personality able to make things happenAbility to interact and negotiate with healthcare professionals, managers and senior leadershipStrong analytical skills with ability to understand local markets and customer needsExcellent presentation skills and outstanding communication skillsComfortability using ICT tools like Microsoft Office, ERP, Salesforce.comUniversity Degree- nice to havePhysical Job Requirements
