Job responsibilities

Lead the development technology strategy and priorities, and execution and delivery across the technology and business teamsScope problems, identify major issues and actionable opportunities, design solutions, and qualify the implications and “so whats”Conduct research and analysis on technology trends and innovation opportunities and perform competitor/industry research leveraging both public and non-public source Work with team to develop work plans to test / evaluate strategies and insights which could span process improvement, organizational change, and functional strategy effortsPrepare and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and communicationsAdvise and influence senior leaders and executives on key business decisions and major change initiativesDevelop deep trust-based advisor relationships with key stakeholders and ensure client is satisfied throughout engagementWork collaboratively with team members across lines of business and cross-functional teams; maintain composure and presence in difficult stakeholder meetsDevelop junior team members both formally and informally, including serving as a mentorIdentify potential roadblocks / obstacles and escalate issues as needed

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organizationDemonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activitiesProven track record of leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolveStrong technical fluency, with deep familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologiesExcellent and efficient skills using spreadsheets, presentation tools and AI applicationsDesign and lead the planning and coordination of leadership meetings and strategic events Lead one or more client projects, including managing multiple people across several workstreamsCollaborate with the team to build hypothesis sets, analyses, and roadmaps for solutions
