As Senior Technology Operations – Business Analysis and Insights, you'll play a key role in driving the success of Marketplace Seller Operations within Walmart Marketplace. This role will support both formal and ad hoc reporting and analytics needs, helping uncover opportunities to optimize seller performance and operational efficiency through data.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver reporting and insights that support Marketplace growth strategy and seller performance.
Analyze trends across seller acquisition, funnel performance, and GMV contribution to drive strategic recommendations.
Build and maintain automated dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and support business partners in self-service reporting.
Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with actionable insights and root-cause analysis.
Use SQL and other data tools to extract and synthesize data into impactful storytelling for senior stakeholders.
Deep dive into the end-to-end seller journey to identify opportunities that accelerate acquisition and improve seller experience.

Experience designing data visualizations and dashboards to enable strategic decision-making.
Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets across platforms (GCP, Tableau, Looker).
A proven ability to translate complex analysis into simple, compelling insights.

Minimum Qualifications:
Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field + 3 years of relevant experience.
Option 2: 5 years of experience in business analytics, program management, or data operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in business or related field.
5+ years of experience in analytics, dashboard development, and data visualization (preferably Looker/Tableau).
5+ years working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
