The Construction Technology and Innovation Consultant will provide development and deployment of advanced processes, tools, and technology to drive the efficient delivery of projects. This role will champion the Procore software, partnering with project teams, project managers, business line managers, and division management to ensure adherence to standard processes as well as guide the development, testing and implementation of strategic initiatives within Procore. The consultant will evaluate market trends, identify business problems, and create solutions while adhering to budget constraints, design factors and client needs.

Day-to-day activity will include business process analysis, data analysis, and leading the development of Procore solutions for the organization. This will involve representing construction needs to vendors, supporting technology implementations, and assisting with any integration requests with ERP or other applications to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

Assist project teams to document business processes and identify ways to improve project execution, with a focus on optimizing workflows and efficiencies within Procore.Present proposed project execution solutions, developing technology solutions in Procore to satisfy complex business requirements.Coordinate between disciplines and global practices to develop Procore solutions that will optimize business processes, provide seamless integration, and improve data management.Implement technology solutions and ensure successful stakeholder adoption through impactful training and support for users.Vet requests from Procore users, evaluate for applicability, and update templates for efficient and consistent creation of new projects.Evaluate existing processes and technology tools, including the Procore application roadmap, to deploy new features and drive continuous improvement.Research and implement new technology, including building AI agents within Procore as appropriate and in alignment with the organization’s overall AI strategy.Help develop application-based solutions that can replace other applications for licensing cost reduction and better end user experience.Build AI agents within the application as appropriate and in alignment with organization’s overall AI strategy.Assist in the development of business cases for large technology investments and initiatives.Develop and maintain external vendor relationships and evaluate the integration of their solutions into our business processes.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as IT and strategic initiatives, to build holistic and cohesive solutions for clients.All other duties as assigned.
