The role is part of the Global HPE Juniper Apstra Technical Assistance Center (JTAC) organization. Responsibilities:
Responsible for responding to customer issues via phone, Email and the HPE Juniper Support PortalDocument Customer issues in-depth, understanding their environment and the impact of their issue Escalate Customer issues with Engineering to drive issues to resolution or develop workarounds for customersGather and document customer requirements for product feature enhancementsAssist Sales and Customer Engineering with engagements and field testingAssist with product development and testingAssist with the production and development of internal documentationMinimum Qualifications:
BA/BS in a technical field or equivalent practical experience3 years experience in a customer-facing roleExcellent written and verbal communication skills, especially the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise mannerFamiliar with the software or networking market/industryLocated in RomaniaFluent in spoken and written EnglishAble to work occasional 24x7 on-call shiftsPreferred Qualifications:
5 years experience in a customer-facing roleKnowledge and experience with developer-focused platforms, frameworks, and toolsNetworking experience with Cisco, Arista, Juniper, SONiC or other Network Operating SystemsIn-depth experience with Network technologies such as TCP/IP, BGP, VXLAN, Ethernet and EVPNBasic knowledge of data structures, algorithms, HTTP/REST APIsFamiliar with Linux, Python, and version control systems such as GitAdditional Skills:
