We are seeking a dedicated Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team in a fully remote capacity. You will play a crucial role in full life-cycle recruitment for IT positions, focusing on our current member base and recently skilled talent. Your expertise will help shape our recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with our company policy and commitment to diversity and equality.
ResponsibilitiesConduct full life-cycle recruitment for IT positions, focusing on our current member base and recently skilled talent.Advise members and candidates on career pathing and skill/resume development.Meet with account and hiring managers to fully understand the role, qualify requisitions, and understand knowledge, skills, and ability requirements.Consult with hiring managers on the internal recruiting process, feasibility of hire, and identify opportunities and challenges.Collaborate with managers and team members to develop and implement recruitment strategies.Ensure hiring practices align with company policy and commitment to diversity and equality.Proactively network in chosen markets to build strong industry relationships.Partner with hiring managers to obtain leadership approvals and extend offers.Ensure all applicants, data, and processes are accurately entered and tracked in the ATS.Assist in various department and companywide projects, including employee surveys, audits, diversity projects, and job enrichment.Develop and maintain recruiting metrics.Ensure recruitment practices follow HR regulatory compliance.Essential SkillsProven experience in IT recruiting with a minimum of 5+ years.Proficiency in MS Office applications.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Strong ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.Expertise in full cycle technical/IT recruiting and sourcing.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to conduct intake calls with hiring managers.Experience in talent acquisition and customer service.Commitment to diversity and equality in hiring practices.Work EnvironmentThis is a 100% remote position, requiring the ability to work East Coast hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $34.00 - $36.00/hr.
