Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) seeks a detail-oriented Technical Program Manager to review and operationalize contract terms for GPU and cloud deals. You will translate contractual commitments—SLAs, delivery and capacity obligations, support terms, pricing/licensing constructs—into clear, trackable workstreams and reporting. You’ll work autonomously and cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Sales Ops to ensure obligations are understood, implemented, monitored, and met.
Responsibilities:
Contract Review and Translation Review GPU and cloud deal terms, including SLAs, delivery milestones, support commitments, usage/licensing, data residency, and security obligations. Translate negotiated terms into measurable requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans with clear owners and timelines. Obligation Tracking and Compliance Build and maintain an obligations register for each contract; establish health metrics and cadence for reviews. Monitor performance against SLAs and delivery commitments; identify gaps and drive mitigation plans. Coordinate evidence collection and audit readiness for contractual provisions (e.g., availability, capacity delivery, response times). Program Management and Reporting Create project plans, RAID logs, and dashboards; produce executive-ready status reports and readouts. Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Operations, Support, and Customer Success. Escalate risks, manage change requests, and ensure alignment to contractual baselines. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Legal to clarify intent and edge cases; with Finance on commercial implications; with Product/Eng to scope features or capacity tied to obligations. Work with Marketing/Comms on customer-facing commitments and approvals where applicable. Continuous Improvement Standardize templates for obligation intake, tracking, and reporting. Recommend process and tooling improvements to reduce risk and cycle time from contract signature to delivery.
