Senior Technical Customer Relationship Manager

Job Description **Who will you be working with?** You’ll collaborate with a global team of service professionals, engineers, and customer success managers to deliver high‑impact solutions across diverse rail markets. This includes working closely with experts in vision and acoustic monitoring systems, networking infrastructure, mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as other technical teams dedicated to ensuring system reliability and customer success. **How will you make a difference?** As a member of the Global Service organization, you will be responsible for managing strategic customer relationships and delivering high‑quality service outcomes across international markets. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring smooth service delivery, strong communication, and proactive issue resolution. In this role, you will lead cross‑functional efforts to develop and execute service strategies tailored to regional requirements, while managing performance metrics, SLAs, and contract commitments. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, digital transformation opportunities, and operational excellence across your customer portfolio. **What do we want to know about you?** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. + 5–10 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles. + Demonstrated success in managing complex service contracts and customer relationships. + Experience in rail or industrial sectors preferred. + Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills. + Ability to travel internationally up to 35%. + Legal authorization to work in Kazakhstan is required + English proficiency is required **What will your typical day look like?** + Engage with global customers to understand their challenges and develop tailored service solutions. + Monitor service performance, operational KPIs, and financial metrics for your portfolio. + Collaborate with field teams, engineers, and technical staff to address issues and improve system performance. + Lead service planning activities and support contract renewals or proposal development. + Identify opportunities for digital transformation and efficiency improvements. + Ensure all work adheres to safety, regulatory, and operational standards. + Perform occasional field work requiring PPE, including activities such as lifting, climbing, and walking on ballast. + Conduct office‑based tasks involving extended periods of computer and desk work. _We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening._ *Please note that we do not accept agency candidate submissions without a formalized agreement with Talent Acquisition.
