Senior Tech Product Manager
**Job Description:** _JOB TITLE:_ Senior Tech Product Manager _JOB LOCATION:_ 211 S Akard St, Dallas, Texas 75202 _DUTIES:_ Responsible for defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric software solutions and meet business objectives. Develop technical product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Define and prioritize the technical product roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business, architecture, UX, and other product managers. Guide product development by defining and communicating detailed software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Ensure technical product viability, desirability, and alignment with business goals by establishing success criteria and monitoring product performance. Work closely with Architecture and Engineering on technical design and to identify and manage critical dependencies. Support trade-off discussions, negotiations, and alignment on feature prioritization, technical solutions, and timing with stakeholders. Serve as the voice of the customer by ensuring a consistent and highquality user experience throughout the product lifecycle. Participate in sprint planning and support feature refinement by addressing questions and providing guidance as needed. Act as a subject matter expert and acknowledged authority within the organization for assigned product(s) or product line(s). Utilize software development methodologies and best practices, service-oriented architecture, and product specific end to end subject matter expertise. Work on a single technical product or product line. Work with highly technical software products. Utilize Scrum & Agile development methodologies. utilizing iTrack and Leankit. Applying knowledge of Technical architecture. Apply knowledge with API integration. Work with Product roadmap development, Data analysis, and User experience (UX) design. _REQUIREMENTS:_ Requires a Bachelor degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science or Engineering, or Engineering and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in a related occupation utilizing software development methodologies and best practices, service-oriented architecture, and product specific end to end subject matter expertise; working on a single technical product or product line; working with highly technical software products; utilizing Scrum & Agile development methodologies; utilizing iTrack and Leankit; applying knowledge of Technical architecture; applying knowledge with API integration; working with Product roadmap development, Data analysis, and User experience (UX) design.
