JOB TITLE: Senior Tech Product Manager

JOB LOCATION: 3400 W Plano Pkwy., Plano, Texas 75075 [Hybrid Position]

DUTIES: Responsible for the success of a product or group of products through development and execution of comprehensive marketing plan including new and emerging products, and technologies and/or applications. Engage with the business team and stakeholder at different levels to understand business needs, analyze, document, evaluate and prioritize the requirements, and make recommendations on the solution and implementation. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Commerce domain (Product & Offer in Catalog, Cart, Checkout, Fulfillment, Pricing). Serve as a key liaison between Business, UI and Domain Engineering teams to facilitate product development. Conduct multi-year product planning to determine product life-cycle decisions, ensure consistency with overall marketing and corporate strategy, and achieve product performance, revenue, market share/penetration, and profitability objectives. Monitor products for all defined KPIs to ensure best-in-class customer experience. Acts as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across teams and organization. Understand data mapping/transformation, solution design, process diagram, acceptance criteria, user acceptance testing, and other project artifacts development. Complete functional and technical analysis for new features and technical projects. Write technical documentation including architecture diagram and sequence diagrams. Participate in Program Increment Planning, write/enhance/research Epics and Features, and be responsible as business lead and central subject matter expert. Develop and communicate the program vision and roadmap. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform a variety of tasks to help delivering more value to our customers. Develop and mentor other product managers in the team. Apply understanding in software development, web, and microservice technologies. Apply analytical skills and  convert consumer insights and performance data into high impact product initiatives. Apply experience in product roadmap assessment and planning. Drive and gather business requirements, prioritization, assessments, and solutioning. Work with the business and technical team, coordinating/leading solution design, development/configuration, and deployment across multi-dimensional teams. Apply experience in business process analysis and identify, manage, and correct user experience and business process issues. Work within scaled agile development team. Apply experience and knowledge of REST APIs, Web Services, and Queuing/Service Bus concepts and tools. Utilize Splunk/EFK, Quantum Metric, Jira, full stack web design, and application design.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering  and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in a related occupation  applying understanding in software development, web, and microservice technologies; applying analytical skills and  converting consumer insights and performance data into high impact product initiatives; applying experience in product roadmap assessment and planning; driving and gathering business requirements, prioritization, assessments, and solutioning; working with the business and technical team, coordinating/leading solution design, development/configuration, and deployment across multi-dimensional teams; applying experience in business process analysis and identifying, managing, and correcting user experience and business process issues; working within scaled agile development team; applying experience and knowledge of REST APIs, Web Services, and Queuing/Service Bus concepts and tools; utilizing Splunk/EFK, Quantum Metric, Jira, full stack web design, and application design.

Our Senior Tech Product Manager earn between $150,000 - $178,200 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
