Senior Team Lead, Resource Capacity

Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion – it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive. **Your day at NTT DATA** The Workforce Capacity Lead function ensures timely and skilled sourcing and placement of resources based on the business requirements for SAP consulting and managed services The Workforce Capacity Lead (WCL) function ensures optimal utilization, capacity planning, and skills alignment for SAP consulting and managed services. This role develops and implements efficient processes to leverage organizational resources, reviews productivity and capacity data, and drives resource planning and allocation to meet utilization and capacity targets. The Workforce Manager is responsible for to drive the creation of accurate data, measurement of the data, and its use to increase utilization and improve capacity planning. **What you'll be doing** **Key Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with delivery, sales, and PMO and ADM teams to forecast SAP resource requirements across all contracts and modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, Basis, HANA, BTP). + Maintain a rolling demand-supply model aligned to pipeline and active engagements. + Co-ordinate end-to-end resource planning for SAP managed services and projects (all contracts). + Monitor consultant utilization and work with delivery leads to optimize bench time and assignments. + Balance internal and external resources (contractors, partners, offshore/onshore). + Manage an up-to-date skills inventory of SAP consultants via the resource line management. + Match consultant capabilities with managed services and project contract requirements, factoring in certifications, language, and location. + Highlight skill gaps and work with services organization and L&D to build training or upskilling plans. + Provide regular reporting on utilization, fulfillment rate, open demand, and bench metrics. + Identify trends and provide recommendations for workforce shaping (e.g., more S/4HANA, BTP, RISE talent). + Ensure resource allocation follows internal policies, legal compliance, and client requirements. + Support audit and compliance checks with accurate documentation of roles and assignments. **Knowledge and** **Attributes:** + SAP Modules: Strong understanding of various SAP modules (e.g. FI/CO, MM, SD, Basis, HANA, BTP). + Resource Management: Expertise in forecasting, demand-supply modeling, and resource allocation. + Project Management and Managed Services: Knowledge of end-to-end Contract lifecycle, including onboarding, extensions, and roll-offs. + Consultant Utilization: Techniques for optimizing bench time and assignments. + Skills Inventory Management: Ability to maintain and manage an up-to-date skills inventory. + Identifying skill gaps and developing training plans. + Reporting and Analytics: Proficiency in providing regular reports on utilization, fulfillment rates, and bench metrics. + Workforce Shaping: Understanding trends and making recommendations for workforce development. + Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. + Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate effectively with teams. + Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop strategic solutions. + Adaptability: Flexibility to manage changing resource requirements and project demands. + Leadership: Capability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative environment. + Attention to Detail: Precision in managing process, data and accurate reporting. + Organizational Skills: Efficient in managing multiple tasks and priorities. + Interpersonal Skills: Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. + Proactive Approach: Anticipating needs and acting ahead of potential issues. **Academic Qualifications and** **Certifications:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a deep knowledge in the consulting in Business data and data analytics. **Required** **Experience:** + Significant experience gained within a leadership role preferably within a similar global organization. + Significant hands-on experience in planning, data management and analytics. + Significant leadership skills with excellent work ethic. + Significant experience with successfully managing complex planning tasks. **Workplace type** **:** Hybrid Working **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
