Key Responsibilities

Manage APAC income tax compliance, including preparation/review of tax computations, supporting schedules, and coordination with external advisors to ensure timely filings.Support quarterly and annual tax provisioning and tax reporting in accordance with IFRS/US GAAP.Assist in direct tax audits and assessments by preparing required documentation, responding to tax authorities, and coordinating with consultants across APAC jurisdictions.Support transfer pricing compliance, including data collection for TP documentation, intercompany agreement maintenance, and benchmarking coordination.Perform tax reconciliations and internal control checks, including GL reconciliations, variance analysis, and maintenance of compliance trackers.Handle indirect tax (GST/VAT) compliance across APAC, including return preparation, reconciliations, review of tax classifications, and advisory support to business teams.Performs Balance sheet account reconciliations (Indirect Tax, Direct Tax, Withholding etc…) in compliance with SOX along with knowledge of accounting flows to support GL reconciliations.Knowledge on European VAT filings

Required Qualifications & Skills

CA Inter or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.Strong understanding of corporate taxation and GST/VAT frameworks.Excellent analytical ability, documentation skills, and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
