We are looking for a Tax Consultant with solid experience in corporate taxation to manage our tax operations in Spain, Italy, and Portugal, with the possibility of expanding the role to other countries. This is a key position in our regional tax strategy, and you will have the opportunity to work closely with regional and global leaders.

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation of tax reports and corporate tax provisions.Ensure tax compliance and manage tax audits with local authorities.Propose and implement best practices to reduce tax risks in the region.Work closely with finance teams and external advisors to ensure cost optimization.Provide advice on strategic projects such as mergers, acquisitions, and tax structure rationalization.

What we are looking for in you:

5+ years of experience in corporate taxes within an international environment, especially in Spain, Italy, and Portugal.Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, with experience in tax technology such as OneSource.Strong communication skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate strategic tax recommendations.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
