To perform the job successfully, the candidate should have a basic understanding of Tax and accounting concepts and excellent analytical & problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail, ability to meet strict deadlines and good communications is critical. Basic or Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, Internet navigation and research is preferred. Knowledge on PropertyPoint application is a plus but not mandatory.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assessment and Tax bill processingHandling internal escalations that require online research and reassignments to USWorking on weekly reports and special projects with minimum supervisionCompletes tasks assigned by Management with a sense of urgency and confidentiality where neededTake necessary steps to avoid errors and ensure Quality of work is delivered to US officeTo ensure adherence to Service Line Agreement alwaysTo attend and actively participate in meetings, offering ideas, insights, and recommendations towards process improvements, which will enable team to improve its overall efficiencyTo work under minimum supervision and to comply with established procedures or as directed by Team Leader/Assistant ManagerDevelop an understanding of Ryan service offeringsTracking the updates in SOPs/Job Aid for internal and external referenceAssist Team Lead/Assistant Manager in preparing Project status/Dashboard reports etc.

Education and Experience:

Masters or bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Commerce/ Accounting/ BusinessComputer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have expert skills in Microsoft® Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.

 Work Environment:

The current work hours are 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Shift change is anticipated depending on US work hours/time zone and business needCandidate should be willing to work on any shiftA reasonable amount of overtime will be required during peak seasonStandard indoor working environmentPosition requires regular interaction with employees in India and the US via e-mail & Phone calls.
