Role Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Location: Melbourne, Vic
Hours: Full time, 12-month contract Reporting to: Head of Talent Acquisition ANZ
 

What you’ll do:

Partner closely with stakeholders and line managers to define success profiles, core capabilities, and recruitment strategies for senior, middle-level, and non-early talent roles across the Demand and Corporate FunctionsDevelop and execute hiring strategies aligned with our Gold Standard signature processes that attract diverse, high-calibre talent aligned with business priorities and organisational cultureServe as a brand ambassador, safeguarding quality, culture and values, diversity, and an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecyclePartner with our Senior Strategic Sourcing Lead to build and maintain strong external talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and creative attraction strategies
 

Your unique ingredients:

Proven end-to-end recruitment experience primarily for senior and middle-level roles within a large, diverse, and fast paced organisationThe ability to partner with geographically dispersed hiring managers across a range of business segments, consistently delivering professional, high-touch customer serviceExcellent prioritisation skills, balancing business urgency with candidate and stakeholder experienceA strong grasp of talent market intelligence, with the ability to influence hiring managers through insights, mapping, and data-driven sourcing strategiesExpertise in using a range of interviewing techniques and assessment tools, backed by strong diagnostic and decision-making skills and ability to adviseExperience in an FMCG, CPG or working across Sales and marketing would be highly regarded!
