Your focus will go beyond delivery — partnering closely with business and HR leaders to translate workforce strategy into scalable, high-quality hiring outcomes.
You will lead end-to-end recruitment for critical commercial, technical operations, and corporate roles, strengthen local TA capability, and embedded data-driven, candidate-centric practices that support sustainable business growth.
Your Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Partnering

End-to-End Talent Acquisition Delivery
+ Lead full-cycle recruitment across all levels, with a strong focus on commercial, technical operations, corporate, leadership, and critical capability roles.
+ Own end-to-end TA delivery outcomes for India as the primary market, with additional scope covering Pakistan and Bangladesh.
+ Ensure consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes, balanced speed, quality, cost, and candidate experience.
+ Drive performance-based TA delivery by defining, tracking, and achieving key recruitment KPIs, including:
+ Time to fill and time to shortlist
+ Quality of hire indicators
+ Hiring manager satisfaction
+ Offer acceptance rate and candidate experience metrics
+ Leverage data and market insights to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness and stakeholder experience.
Talent Pipeline & Capability Building
+ Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, campus or early talent initiatives (where relevant), and proactive sourcing.
+ Leverage employer branding and candidate engagement strategies to strengthen talent attraction in South Asia.
+ Contribute to succession and future capability discussions in partnership with HR and business leaders.
Data, Process & Continuous Improvement
+ Use TA data and insights (e.g., time-to-fill, quality indicators, market benchmarks) to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
+ Ensure compliance with global TA policies, local labor regulations, and governance standards.
+ Actively contribute to regional and global TA projects, sharing best practices and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Your profile:
+ 8–12+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, ideally combining in-house / corporate TA and agency or embedded recruitment backgrounds.
+ Strong, hands-on recruitment experience in India (essential), with exposure to Pakistan and/or Bangladesh considered a strong plus.
+ Proven track record of hiring commercial, corporate, and leadership roles in complex, fast-paced, and matrixed environments.
+ Experience operating within regional or global TA operating models, including exposure to TA transformation or change initiatives.
+ Driven, energetic, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivery outcomes.
+ Demonstrated ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders, influence hiring decisions, and act as a trusted TA advisor.
+ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge, align expectations, and drive governance.
+ Business-minded and performance-oriented, able to connect talent strategies to commercial and operational priorities.
+ Comfortable operating in ambiguous and evolving environments, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
+ Data-driven and outcome-focused, with a continuous improvement mindset and comfort using TA metrics and insights.
+ Tech-savvy and curious, with a strong interest in learning new TA tools, systems, and market practices.
