WHAT YOU’LL DO: Work with the GWS Transitions and M&A teams to connect with prospective employees by acquiring confidential information, preparing offer letters and providing links to company and 3rd party websites supporting the hiring process. Handle pre-boarding completion tasks and host and attend regular meetings to review new-hire status for active and pending tasks with candidates and Talent Acquisition. Work with various clients and new hires to ensure all pre-boarding requirements are met and ensure a smooth onboarding experience to CBRE. Proactively identify areas that could be problematic and resolve independently. Review all job ads to ensure compliance guidelines are adhered to. Gather and analyze data to identify and tackle complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques. Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related. Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team. WHAT YOU’LL NEED: High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job related experience in talent acquisition. Outstanding RISE Values. Smartsheet experience required. Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or sophisticated content in a concise and logical way. Comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems and concepts within own job function. Self starter able to work independently and confidentially.
