Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant (Sales/Commercial -REMOTE)

Overview

A fast-growing organization is seeking experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Consultants to support a large-scale hiring initiative. This fully remote contract role is ideal for seasoned recruiters with a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in healthcare sales, biotech, or pharma.

You’ll collaborate with internal recruiting experts and hiring leaders to identify and onboard top-tier commercial talent. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact while potentially converting to a permanent position.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruiting efforts for healthcare sales roles, with a focus on biotech/pharma expansionSource, screen, and present qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other toolsSchedule and coordinate virtual and onsite interviews, including panel formatsPartner with hiring managers and executives (Director/VP level) to align on hiring needs and candidate profilesManage candidate pipelines and job postings via Greenhouse ATSProvide high-touch candidate experiences through timely communication and updatesCollaborate with the internal recruiting team to refine processes and improve operational efficiencyMaintain accurate records and dashboards to support visibility and complianceSupport employer branding and hiring enablement initiativesCoordinate candidate travel and logistics when necessaryRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare sales, biotech, or pharmaProven ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders (Director/VP)Strong sourcing skills, especially with LinkedIn RecruiterExperience with Greenhouse ATS or similar platformsExcellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter with a customer service mindset and professional demeanorProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferredPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting multiple recruiters or hiring teamsExposure to onboarding, technical recruiting, or university hiringExperience coordinating hiring events or large-scale recruiting initiatives

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
