Overall Purpose:

Support frontline staffing managers and client management. Collaborate with Labor to ensure contractual compliance, work with internal Business Units to execute Talent Acquisition strategies and enhance overall recruitment efforts through strategic and operational initiatives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Partner with Labor to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.Collaborate with internal Business Units to effectively execute Talent Acquisition strategies.Support the strategy and execution of talent attraction activities to enhance overall recruitment efforts, including developing and implementing innovative talent attraction initiatives.Participate in strategy meetings to align on recruitment goals and objectives.Manage client and partner communications, oversee client and staffing reports, staffing forecasts, and balance requisitions.Collect, analyze, and interpret recruitment and staffing data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and strategic opportunities.Develop, maintain, and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards using data analytics tools to provide actionable insights to frontline staffing managers and senior leadership.Utilize data visualization techniques to effectively communicate key recruitment metrics and performance indicators.Troubleshoot system issues impacting staffing operations and deliver training support and comprehensive reporting.Support and identify critical supplier performance issues and escalate them to appropriate leadership groups to define resolution paths.Contribute to special projects as needed, leveraging data analytics to support decision-making and project outcomes.Provide support to frontline staffing managers through regular meetings, managing client escalations promptly and effectively.Develop PowerPoint presentations and Excel-based reports to support performance analysis and recruitment strategies.

Job Contribution:

An experienced professional with in-depth knowledge, applying organizational practices to resolve moderately difficult problems. Works with independent judgment on expansive projects with minimal supervision, implementing policy changes to improve functions. Actions impact efficiency, costs, schedules, and client relationships. Interacts primarily within the department and with General Managers and above across various teams.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.3+ years of related experience in talent acquisition and HR.Experience with Workday is highly desirable.

Our Senior Talent Acquisition earns between $85,700 - $144,000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.


Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
