Senior Systems Quality Assurance Analyst - UAT Experience in Payment Operation

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Systems Quality Assurance Analyst


In this role, you will:

Document test cases and risk research and create test plansRecord test progress and resultsIdentify and track issues throughout testingPerform manual and automated testingConsult with users providing advice and directionDevelop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readinessDrive innovation and streamline overall testing processesResearch system features being testedPartner with Engineers to develop testing strategyLog, track and verify resolution of software and specification defectsUnderstand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiativesCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsLead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced staff


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Systems Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Develop and execute comprehensive system quality assurance testing initiatives across software platformsCreate test strategies, test plans, and detailed test scripts for complex business and technical scenariosValidate IVR flows, CTI integrations, speech recognition performance, and end-to-end customer journeysExecute test suites (manual and automated) and document test outcomesIdentify, document, and validate defect fixes and ensure alignment with specificationsDevelop standards and procedures to improve test efficiency and determine release readinessLead and guide testing activities for medium to large initiativesCollaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to analyze defects and refine testing strategiesDrive implementation of testing-related initiatives impacting multiple lines of businessEnsure compliance with regulatory, risk, and governance standardsWork closely with stakeholders to implement key risk and quality initiatives7+ years of Systems Quality Assurance experience or equivalent through work, education, training, or military backgroundDemonstrated experience in testing IVR flows, speech systems, and customer engagement platformsExperience with Hammer (preferred), Cyara, Empirix, or similar IVR testing tools

Strong experience across multiple testing domains

Hands-on experience in automation using Selenium / Playwright or similar toolsExpertise in Cucumber/BDD, automation framework design, scripting, debugging, and executionExperience with automation reporting tools such as TestNG, Jenkins, HyperExecute, and version control using GitHubWorking knowledge of HP ALM/QC, Octane, TFS, JIRA, or similar defect management toolsStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detailSolid experience with the Agile development lifecycleExperience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and executionStrong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to prioritize, take accountability, and deliver results under pressureExperience mentoring team members or leading QA efforts within projectsFamiliarity with brokerage/financial advisor platforms and associated workflowsAbility to design test strategies, estimate efforts, develop test plans, and manage end-to-end executionPassion for continuous improvement in QA processes, frameworks, and toolsUnderstanding of Agentic AI concepts, including planning, reasoning, and multi-step task executionExposure to LLM-driven testing assistants and agent-based automation for enhancing QA efficiencyExperience with AI-powered test case generation, self-healing tests, and intelligent defect predictionKnowledge of applying AI agents to IVR, CCaaS, and conversational experience validationFamiliarity with AI‑assisted automation using Copilot, OpenAI-based agents, or similar platformsAbility to integrate emerging AI/ML capabilities into testing strategy and automation frameworksWillingness to explore and experiment with new AI-driven quality engineering solutions

Job Expectations:

Work hours: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST (subject to change based on business needs)Occasional weekend support may be requiredSupport UAT for CSBBO CCaaS services and capabilitiesPartner with business and technology teams (digital, mainframe, contact center, AI) to design, customize, and optimize test suites for web and desktop platformsContribute to test automation, test data management, analytics, and innovative technologies to improve QA effectivenessMentor team members and promote knowledge sharing across global teams
