JOB DESCRIPTION:
SAIC is seeking a Senior Systems Integration Manager to join our team in **Chantilly and McLean, VA.** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing calendars and scheduling for three executive-level officers, tracking and recording key interagency meetings, and maintaining a standardized and efficient office filing system. Your keen judgment will be essential in cross-filing documents for stakeholder access, and you will play a vital role in ensuring all tasks and incoming actions meet deadlines. Additionally, you will organize preparatory packages for high-level meetings, manage interagency visits, facilitate technical support for reliable video teleconferences, and maintain metrics and presentation materials for monthly briefings to the front office. **Qualifications**
REQUIREMENTS AND QALIFICATIONS:
+ Must be a US Citizen.
+ Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required to start and must be maintained.
+ Experience supporting a fast-paced customer environment and senior leadership.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish professional rapport in a team environment and across organization boundaries.
+ Outstanding organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
+ Skilled using Microsoft products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
+ Flexibility and ability to quickly acquire knowledge of the processes used for senior visits, calendar management, minor procurement.
+ Comfortable initiating contact with seniors as well as the EAs and/or SAs.
+ Management of calendar/scheduling for three executive level officers.
+ Track and record all key interagency meetings, as well as customer participation.
+ Keep current a standardized, efficient, and responsive office filing system with all key documents to maintain institutional knowledge history to enable the customer to quickly respond to short action timelines.
+ Use substantive judgment to cross-file documents in other repositories to enable customer stakeholders to directly access key documents.
+ Maintain the deadline tracking system for incoming actions and papers, ensuring on-time completion of taskings.
+ Organize and assemble preparatory packages for customer Director and/or Deputy Director participation in high level meeting.
+ Manage interagency visits.
+ Facilitate technical support to ensure reliable connections between the office and a variety of outside locations via video teleconference and other means for high priority meetings, often on short notice.
+ Maintain monthly meeting metrics spreadsheet and PowerPoint slides for monthly presentation to front office.
