• Designing, integration, developing and supporting configuration web-based workflow applications and related backend systems as needed (60%).

• Serve as technical and functional Subject Matter Expert for workflow applications.

• Guide/deliver the technical decision within the scrum team and Support team by answering questions and solving problems.

• Produce production release code deployment and monitors post-production support.

• Designs, codes, tests, debugs and documents enhancements using Agile development practices from user / business requirements.

• Providing application architectural solutions and resolving complicated application issues including performance tuning (10%).

• Works closely with the Enterprise Architects and Hardware team providing and reviewing detailed load tests while making recommendations on performance guidance.

• Supporting prioritization of sprint cycle production and development activities (10%).

• Provides level of effort estimates, identifies dependencies, and maintains schedule of enhancements.

• Providing operational support, including troubleshooting issues, and report and data request support (5%).

• Provides break/fix troubleshooting efforts / oversight regarding daily operational stability and Helpdesk ticket resolution.

• Serving as a Senior Configuration Developer for application development of new applications or enhancements to existing applications (5%).

• Maintains broad knowledge of other risk and compliance disciplines and collaborates with other key experts to ensure we are making the right development choices for the Client.

• Analyzing and maintaining applications, as well as designing, developing and implementing new applications (5%).

• Installs product upgrades from application vendors and or provides technical evaluation for new vendors or products.

• Working with business analysts, project managers, and key users to further define specifications, indicate areas of system impact, and continuously communicate project status and needs (5%).

• Provides grooming assistance / guidance for business requirements). Example: Attends and provides expertise during the weekly grooming meetings.
