Cushman & Wakefield’s market-leading London Restaurants & Leisure team are seeking an Associate or Senior Surveyor to support the delivery of key projects, expand our market presence, and help shape the future of restaurants and leisure in London.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role working directly with senior leadership. You will support the strategic delivery of instructions, develop relationships with occupiers and operators, and play a pivotal role in our business development efforts. The position offers structured mentorship, early responsibility, and a fast-track opportunity to grow within the team. You’ll work closely with internal teams across leasing, investment, valuation, and development to help deliver market-leading outcomes for our clients and support our reputation for excellence in retail and leisure consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with occupiers, agents, and internal stakeholdersUndertake property inspections, compile market reports, and manage property dataSupport and lead on leasing and acquisition activity in the restaurant and leisure sectorsProvide strategic advice and insight into market trends and emerging conceptsContribute to the delivery of placemaking and leasing strategies for major developmentsCollaborate across departments to unlock synergies and support cross-functional initiative

Skills & Experience:

MRICS qualified preferred but not essential, with experience in Retail, ideally restaurant and leisure-focusedStrong verbal and written communication skillsHighly organised, proactive, and confident working independently and within a team
