We are searching for a qualified surveyor to integrate into our high performing Industrial & Logistics team either as a Senior Surveyor or Associate.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about collaborating on projects across services and geographies and contributing towards positive change in the business.
This exciting opportunity is focused within our Valuation & Advisory team who advise some of the biggest clients in the sector, including IPIF, Capital Industrial, and Prologis.
The team is professional, nimble and collaborative, supporting high profile transactional advisory projects involving a range of C&W services.
Recent showcase projects comprise large scale national advisory across the UK such as loan security advice to Blackstone’s lenders Bank of America on their acquisition of Industrials REIT, Saint-Gobain’s divestment of their UK merchanting brands (Jewsons etc), the real estate underwriting of TDR/EG Group’s acquisition of Asda and Blackstone’s acquisition of the Network Rail arches portfolio. The team has embraced strategic technology deployment on these projects and will continue to improve the way in which we operate to improve speed and quality of service in advising clients on large scale portfolio transactions.
The Industrial & Logistics sector has experienced record activity levels over the last couple of years and the team are looking to build on growth in transactional project work.
