We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Surveyor to join the market leading Industrial & Logistics team within our Valuations and Advisory service line. We have a professional, nimble and collaborative team supporting high profile transactional advisory projects involving a range of C&W services.

The team has embraced strategic technology deployment on these projects and will continue to improve the way in which we operate to improve speed and quality of service in advising clients on large scale portfolio transactions. The team advise some of the biggest clients in the sector and are looking for a someone to add value to the team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct valuations of industrial-related properties in accordance with RICS standards.Collaborate with team members to deliver accurate and timely valuation reports.Develop a deep understanding of the Industrial & Logistics property market, including trends and regulatory changes.Engage with clients, maintaining and building strong professional relationships.Work as part of a wider multidisciplinary team to provide tailored solutions to complex client needs.Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and risk management procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

RICS-accredited degree or equivalent qualification in real estate, surveying, or a related field.Full membership of RICS (MRICS)Proven experience in commercial or Industrial property valuation is desirable.Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Argus Enterprise is advantageousA proactive and professional approach to work, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
