Cushman and Wakefield are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their Occupier Management team at Senior Surveyor level, working on one of their most prestigious client accounts.The purpose of this role will be to provide our occupier clients with full, professional property management services. You will be sat in our team in London, collaborating with other skills lines across the Cushman and Wakefield group.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
To ensure cost effective operational running of allocated sitesLiaison with clients and 3rd parties i.e. landlords and their agents to ensure uninterrupted use of the client’s premises, effectively acting as the intermediary between landlord and tenantIdentify and drive through cost savings for corporate occupiersFor sublet properties, monitor income collection and tenant liaisonManage exit strategies for freehold and leasehold properties being vacatedEnsure adherence to lease terms and compliance with statutory requirements (to include inspections) and advising clients of sameManage and liaise with other Cushman & Wakefield teams and other professionals to provide a full service to the clientDirect and frequent client contact and reportingContribution to achievement of client and departmental targetsClient satisfactionDelivery of regular and accurate client reportsServices undertaken within client budgetKnowledge & Experience:
General practice background for either a corporate, public sector or private practice (for more senior roles)Experience of working in a large practice and/or corporate environment could be advantageousRounded experience of general surveying skills – not restricted to a narrow practice areaAn understanding of business development and client relationship managementExperience in networking and building relationships internally and externallyUp to date knowledge of legislation regarding property managementBasic IT skills (word-processing and spreadsheets)Property management / general practice background for or within either a corporate, public sector or private practiceWorking knowledge of industry specific packages preferred (e.g. TRAMPS/PM&A)Qualifications
