About the Role:
As a Reward Benchmarking Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing survey logistics, enhancing survey participation, and building strong client relationships. You will collaborate closely with sales and consulting teams to expand survey offerings and support business development initiatives. Your expertise will help demonstrate the value of Mercer’s survey solutions and contribute directly to our revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to promote survey participation and engagement.Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to identify opportunities to expand survey offerings and increase client adoption.Drive strategies to increase survey participation rates, ensuring high-quality data collection aligned with Mercer’s revenue objectives.Act as a trusted advisor on survey design, deployment, and insights, showcasing the value of Mercer’s survey solutions.Support business development by providing data-driven insights and client feedback for proposals and presentations.Manage the full survey administration process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.Monitor survey performance metrics and client satisfaction to identify improvement and growth opportunities.Provide training and support to junior team members on survey administration and client engagement best practices.Travel up to 25% regionally to engage with clients and support business development activities.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Psychology, Business, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in survey administration, data analysis, or related roles, preferably within HR or consulting environments.Proficiency with survey software and data analysis tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication, client relationship management, and project management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) Certification is required.Preferred Skills:
Experience with client engagement and compensation surveys.Knowledge of reward analysis and data visualization techniques.Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and support business development.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients.What We Offer:
