Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to design, build, and own inventory management and material flow processes supporting a growing manufacturing operation. This role will be responsible for standing up scalable inventory systems, defining material movement between manufacturing buildings, and implementing inventory control policies (min/max, safety stock, replenishment logic).
This is a builder role operating in an early-stage environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable working hands-on in warehouse and manufacturing spaces during initial ramp, translating physical operations into repeatable processes and system logic, and scaling those solutions.
Key job responsibilities
- Design and implement inventory management processes for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
- Define and maintain inventory control policies including min/max levels, safety stock, and replenishment triggers
- Establish inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and audit processes
- Translate physical material flows into system workflows and data models
- Design and optimize material movement between manufacturing buildings and storage locations
- Define standard operating procedures (SOPs) for receiving, staging, kitting, transfer, and issue-to-development
- Partner with Engineering, NPI, and Development Operations teams to align material flow with development needs
- Work on-site in warehouses and development areas during initial implementation
- Support physical inventory counts, process pilots, and operational validation
- Validate system logic against real-world usage and consumption
- Own implementation and ongoing optimization of inventory processes within ERP systems (Epsilon 3)
- Define data requirements, workflows, and reporting for inventory visibility and control
- Partner with IT and systems teams to ensure accurate and scalable system integration
- Operate independently with minimal day-to-day guidance, providing clear status, risks, and recommendations
- Establish KPIs and governance mechanisms for long-term operational excellence
