Senior Supply Chain Analyst

Role Overview

This individual contributor will own end-to-end planning for K-Rounds, our newest business segment. You will translate the sales forecast into a tactical stocking strategy, then drive production and raw material planning for our new Spartanburg II, facility in South Carolina. This highly visible role demands deep analytical skills, strong SAP expertise, and a minimum of 5+ years in supply chain planning in the CPG space.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the planning function for K-Rounds from the ground up. You’ll have direct visibility to senior leadership and ownership of key metrics that drive our success. What You Will Do: 

Collaborate with sales to convert forecasts into optimal stocking levels and replenishment plansDevelop and maintain production schedules in SAP to align raw material orders with facility capacityCoordinate raw material procurement with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time, cost-effective deliveryDesign and implement integrated replenishment strategies to minimize working capital and aged inventoryMonitor inventory turns and execute phase-in/phase-out plans for promotions or product discontinuationsProactively identify and resolve supply chain risks, communicating service issues to planners, procurement, and operationsGenerate short- and long-term supply projections to support vendor planning and internal decision-making
Total Rewards:
Salary range $76,400 - $105,000Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum five years of end-to-end supply chain or production planning experience, ideally in consumer goods or manufacturingExtensive SAP knowledgeAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data visualizationAbility to travel up to 20% to the Spartanburg facility and supplier sites as needed (possibility to extend to 50% during first year of the project ramp)
