You are best suited for the role if you…

3–5 years as a Distribution Supervisor in a high-volume, multi-channel setting, ideally within food or packaged goodsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or in a relevant fieldBackground in continuous improvement such as Six Sigma. Performance metrics are an assetWorking knowledge pertaining to Transport, Direct Store Delivery, Long Haul Operations and Route Distributor Owner operationsProven team leader with strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, adept at presenting insights and financial data clearly and solving complex problemsProficient in MS-Word, Excel and Power pointAbility to adapt to changing business requirement and priorities; as with ability to work in a cross-functional team environment

Using positive coaching and communication skills, manage the performance of the Distribution Team direct reports, as with all key stakeholders to meet Departmental objectivesBuild and foster positive relationships with Long Haul Operators and Route Distributor Operators (RDO)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize distribution for lower costs and better serviceContinuous reporting to the Departmental Leadership team on the attainment of business plans, metrics, and budgetPromote best practice initiatives and projects to optimize the supply chain network, with an emphasis on improving efficiency and reducing operating costsApply working knowledge of distribution related technology and software, to drive and implement best practiceEnsuring Health & Safety, Food Safety is a key focus, while promoting Saputo’s Culture and valuesAvailable to travel to any of Saputo’s Ontario locations and work all shifts as requiredPerform other duties as required

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary: $78,170 to $102,600. Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills and training.
