You are passionate about organization and process improvement, and talented at facilitating virtual correspondence. Your demeanor is personable, enthusiastic and professional, and you are able to take on ambiguity with tolerance while rapidly switching tasks and context with ease.

 

What you’ll do

 

This highly visible position will help drive a holistic and cohesive approach to TELUS’ Customer Service Excellence Team overall strategy while balancing corporate priorities Prepare detailed and insightful materials for executive presentations, including strategic analyses, financial forecasts, and business cases, to facilitate informed and timely decision-making Leverage data, digital tools and KPIs to proactively respond to changing organizational conditions while ensuring alignment to business goals and scorecard Work across multiple VP organizations and create strategies for driving engagement across a broad organization including customer facing team members Support transformation initiatives, including AI that simplify frontline experience, reduce friction, and accelerate problem resolution Develop strong relationships with stakeholders at peer and executive levels with the ability to influence without authority to drive cross-functional alignment Qualifications

 

 

What you bring

 

Data Storytelling & Influence: Exceptional ability to synthesize data into compelling narratives and presentations, drawing key insights and providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership Strategic & Financial Acumen: Demonstrated financial literacy, including experience in assessing unit economics and developing robust business cases Program Development & Prioritization: Proven track record of analyzing data to identify, prioritize, and develop transformational programs that influence key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive results Cross-Functional Collaboration: Master collaborator, who’s able to maintain effective relationships, gather insights, validate assumptions, and implement strategies with diverse stakeholder groups Organizational & Execution Excellence: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and perform detailed data analysis Proactive & Strategic Mindset: Self-motivated, strategic problem-solver who is able to see beyond daily operational challenges, has an inquisitive AI first mindset and is capable of operating effectively with minimal supervision

 

Great-to-haves

 

5+ Years of experience in a similar role with an MBA or equivalent program management background Advanced knowledge of TELUS consumer products, systems, and the customer E2E value chain Applied professional certificates related to the implementation of practical AI solutions
