As a Senior Strategic Alliances Analyst, you will be responsible to unlock value from existing and new strategic partnerships. Within your portfolio of partners, you will identify top-line opportunities and bottom-line synergies, create business cases to support initiatives, lead and coordinate relevant work streams across the organization, and communicate internally and externally to create incremental benefits for Qatar Airways and its strategic alliance partners.
You will be responsible to analyze and report partnership performance and identify initiatives across Commercial, Technical, Procurement and Cargo to enhance Qatar Airways (QR) network reach and to capitalize on the inherent strengths of our partners. You will also deliver ad-hoc projects and requests related to Strategic Alliances.
Other duties would include:
· Identify top-line and bottom-line opportunities; initiate and coordinate implementation projects across all business areas, including Commercial, Technical, Procurement and Cargo
· Support the promotion, management and organization of all Alliance and Partnership initiatives across the company, with both internal and external stakeholders
· Develop and deliver dashboards, regular reports and presentations with observations, analysis, key findings and recommendations that will help the department in understanding its business and identifying benefits and synergies
• Manage codeshare optimization and regulatory processes in compliance with the respective civil aviation authorities’ requirements.
· Maintain proper documentation of processes and deliverables to ensure transparency and organization in the team
· Support knowledge and best practices sharing of topics, development of areas, techniques and technology to ensure business continuity in the team
· Ensure compliance with alliance requirements where applicable
· Manage ad-hoc requests related to Strategic Alliances within PRM, Sales, Distribution, Network Planning, Marketing, Procurement, Technical, Cargo and other divisions
