- Migrating and unifying data from Sybase to SQL Server (or other modern platforms), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Building custom ETL processes using T‑SQL, Python, or PowerShell.
- Designing modern data models and identity attribute structures aligned to Zero Trust principles.
- Optimizing queries, stored procedures, and pipelines for performance and scalability.
- Ensuring data security, auditing, and least‑privilege controls meet federal standards.
- Developing clear technical documentation, diagrams, and migration playbooks.
- Validating and reconciling data to guarantee 100% integrity during and after migration.
Compensation:
$65.00/hr to $75.00/hr.
