Senior Specialist Technical Consultant (Fixed-Term, 3 Years – Maternity Cover)

We are seeking a Senior Specialist Technical Consultant for a fixed-term, 3-year maternity cover. This is an office-based role operating during EMEA working hours.

You will provide advanced technical expertise, strategic guidance, and hands-on support to internal teams and clients. Your primary focus will be on designing, implementing, and optimizing complex technical solutions to meet business needs, while ensuring best practices and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and design scalable technical solutionsLead the development, deployment, and troubleshooting of systems or applicationsServe as a subject matter expert, providing advanced technical support and guidanceCollaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teamsMentor junior team members and lead technical knowledge-sharing initiativesMaintain thorough documentation and provide project updatesDrive continuous improvement and stay current with emerging technologies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field5–8+ years in technical consulting, systems engineering, or related rolesExpertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, databases, and software developmentStrong programming/scripting skills (Python, Java, C++, or PowerShell)Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExperience with DevOps, ITSM platforms, or CRM systems is a plusRelevant certifications (e.g., AWS, CCNP, ITIL, PMP) preferred

Compensation: Salary starting at 3,100 EUR/gross.The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge and experience.
