Position Overview
AT&T Mobility Supply Chain is seeking a proactive, innovative, and trend-leading Senior Inventory Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for managing and optimizing materials and inventory functions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency within the supply chain.


Key Responsibilities
•    Inventory and Materials Management:
•    Manage and optimize inventory levels across the supply chain.
•    Oversee procurement, storage, and distribution of materials.
•    Ensure precise tracking and security via detailed documentation and system audits.
•    Quality Assurance and Auditing:
•    Audit incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain quality and accuracy.
•    Analyze inventory data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
•    Best Practices and Procedures:
•    Oversee creation and maintenance of Methods and Procedures (M&P) for the CSSL Process Manual.
•    SharePoint Administration:
•    Serve as SharePoint Admin for the Mobility Supply Chain Business Unit, managing content and collaboration tools.
•    System Utilization & Process Improvement:
•    Utilize inventory management systems to enhance tracking and operational efficiency.
•    Develop and implement process improvements ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
•    Vendor and Supplier Coordination:
•    Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely material deliveries and resolve supply chain issues.
•    Reporting and Goal Setting:
•    Establish and track goals related to productivity, quality, safety, and attendance.
•    Generate comprehensive inventory status reports and KPIs for senior management.
•    Manage large reporting data sets efficiently.


Preferred Technical Skills
•    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (high to expert level)
•    Experience writing and executing SQL Queries
•    Familiarity with TOAD database management tool
•    Competency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting
•    Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred
•    Minimum of 2 years related experience
•    Relevant certifications may be required depending on area of expertise
•    Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex projects with minimal supervision
•    Strong organizational skills and ability to implement policy changes impacting efficiency and costs

Compensation
•    Salary Range: $71,900 - $107,900 USD annually
•    Actual salary within this range depends on location, experience, expertise, and education/training
