Unleash your expertise in Vehicle Titling and Lien Release within Chase Auto by working with external customers, vendors, other financial organizations.As  a Senior Specialist you will be also responsible for executing sworn documents required to resolve motor vehicle titling and lien release requests received from external customers, dealers, and third parties in all 50 states, while adhering to strict quality guidelines. To meet these objectives, you will manage daily title and lien release work assignments, consult with various Departments of Motor Vehicles to address title and lien release matters and completing the activities within the expectations set in the department.  The working schedule for this position requires you to be in the office 5 days a week, with no work from home opportunity. Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:00pm  Job Responsibilities: Prepare and execute sworn documentsResolves transaction exceptions and defectsDocument customer account activities thoroughly and concisely Effective verbal and written communication with external and internal customersEffectively prioritize work to ensure efficiency
